Good morning guys! It is a fine day today. Yesterday in our printing shop we made a special snack. Usually our snack will be just break and soft drinks but we made some changes yesterday. We decided to cook this snack called "pinaypay nga saging". It is just literally banana that was formed as a folding fan.
Im gonna show you today on how to cook it with some pictures that I have taken yesterday.
First things first is to undress your ripen banana and then slice it into the middle part three times to form it into like a fan just like this.
Then after that make a coating made of cornstarch and egg then coat your banana in there to harden it and then fry it immediately after wards to make sure that it will form as fan.
Then just flip it side by side to make sure that every side of it cooked perfectly. It must have this golden brown color for you to know that it is already cooked. Once you notice that it is already coked you can now take it our of the pan and coat with white sugar to make it sweeter.
