Hello friends, I am cooking delicious chicken curry at the moment and I am sharing it with you.
Ingredients:
- 2 kg chicken.
- 5 potatoes.
- 6 onions.
- 1 pitch ginger.
- 6 garlic cloves.
- Cumin, chilli, cloves, cinnamon, dried chilli.
- Mustard oil.
- 4 tablespoons salt.
- 6 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:
Step 01:
First, I bring the meat from the market and wash it well with water.
Step 02:
I peel the potatoes.
Step 03:
I peel the onions.
Step 04:
I cut the peeled potatoes, wash them with water and put them in a container.
Step 05;
I cut the peeled onions. I also remove the garlic and cut the ginger and put it in the same container.
Step 06:
This time I put the onion, garlic and ginger in a mixer and paste.
Step 07:
I put cumin, chilli, cloves, cinnamon, dried chilli together and paste it in a mixer.
Step 08:
In a pan, fry the cut potatoes with a little oil till they turn red.
Step 09:
I pour all the meat in the pan. Then put oil in it and salt, turmeric, paste all the spices.
Step 10:
I put the spices well on the meat.
Step 11:
To keep the meats well tanned, put them on low flame for 10 minutes. Sometimes I stir the meat in the pan, because the spices stick to the pan if not stirred occasionally.
Step 12:
Once the meat is well tanned, add the fried potatoes.
Step 13:
I mix the potatoes with the meat and add water to it. Leave the meat curry on high flame for 15 minutes to cook well. After the meat is cooked well, a beautiful color comes out. After 15 minutes of cooking, I turn off the stove.
Step 14:
Lastly I put the meats in a bowl and serve garnished with tomatoes.
