Ingredients:
2 cups of rice
½ red bell pepper
¼ yellow bell pepper
4 chili peppers
½ onion
1 carrot
¼ cabbage
¼ romaine lettuce
1 sprig of chives
Soy sauce
Oil
Salt
preparation:
For the rice:
We add the 2 cups of rice in a pot, then we add 4 cups of water salt to taste, we wait for the rice to dry, cover it and when it is ready we remove it from the heat and reserve
For the vegetables:
We wash and cut the peppers into fine julienne strips, then the onion, then the chili peppers and the chives
After having washed the cabbage, lettuce and carrot we are ready to cut the lettuce and cabbage and then we scratch the carrot
In a frying pan we place it on the fire, add oil and when it is hot we add the cold rice, fry a little, add soy sauce to taste, then add the vegetables and mix everything until the desired cooking is obtained and remove from the heat.
Then we are ready to plate this delicious dish and enjoy.
