When passing by Bolivar Avenue I could see the quite striking and well-lit facade of the restaurant, which caught my attention, so when we entered you can see a very nice atmosphere.

At the entrance we see a large fountain, a couple of candles and two small plants, it was a great surprise, I liked the first impression when entering the restaurant SIEMPRE AMISTAD.

We were looking for a big table because we attended our big family, to celebrate the birthday of Jesus, the youngest of the house, who chose the restaurant because he wanted to ask for a fortune cookie to break it and read what it says.

A good ambiance, soft music, the decoration, all of it was extraordinarily juicy to combine it with these rich gastronomic preparations that we tasted.
We ordered strawberry juices, which came very cold, thick and tasty.
Three combos of vegetable lumpias were ordered, which were crispy, the vegetables were just right and served as a starter for this special dinner.
Chinese meals are served with thick dark Worcestershire sauce and sweet and sour sauce, which I used with the lumpia.
The sweet and sour pork slices, were very thin, when you taste the flavor it fills you with pleasant surprises, I think it is not only the food but the attention of the whole team of people who attend the place, from the kitchen to the waiter.

I ordered two types of rice, one with shrimp and the other with three meats, if you look at the presentation they are different, one is sautéed with thick black Chinese sauce and the other one is not, while the other one has egg.

The little ones ordered fried chicken, the red is Chinese cucumber in sweet and sour sauce, crunchy was the surprise of the night.
The best was the beef tenderloin, sautéed with vegetables and mushrooms, I like the broccoli flavor, along with the sauce that accompanies the meat.
It was a fantastic night, the service and the food was up to par, that's why I recommend this place, I assure you will spend a good night with your family enjoying good and rich flavors.

Al pasar por la Avenida Bolivar pude ver la fachada bastante llamativa y bien iluminada del restaurant, lo que captó mi atención, así que cuando entramos podrán ver un ambiente muy agradable.

En la entrada vemos una gran fuente, un par de velas y dos pequeñas plantas, fue una gran sorpresa, me gustó la primera impresión al entrar al restaurant SIEMPRE AMISTAD.

Buscamos una gran mesa porque asistimos nuestra gran familia, para celebrar el cumpleaños de Jesús, el más pequeños de la casa, que escogió el restaurant porque quería pedir una galleta de la suerte para quebrarla y leer lo que dice.

Un buen ambiente, una música suave, la decoración todo jugo de manera extraordinaria para combinarla con estas ricas preparaciones gastronómicas que degustamos.
Se pidieron jugos de fresas, los cuales vinieron muy fríos, espesos y de buen sabor.
Se pidieron tres combos de Lumpias de vegetales, las cuales estaban crocantes, los vegetales al punto sirviendo de entrada para esra cena especial.
Las comidas chinas se acompañan con salsa inglesa espesa oscura y salsa agridulce, la cual utilice con la lumpia.
La laminas de cerdo agridulce, eran muy delgadas, al probar el sabor te llena de sorpresas agradables, yo pienso que no solo es la comida sino la atención de todo el equipo de personas que atienden en el lugar, desde la cocina hasta el mesonero.

La pidieron dos tipos de arroz, uno con camarones y otro de tres carnes, si se fijan la presentación son diferentes uno está salteado con salsa china negra espesa y la otra no, mientras que el otro tiene huevo.

Los más pequeños pidieron pollo frito, lo rojo es pepino chino en salsa agridulce, crocante fue la sorpresa de la noche.
Lo mejor fue el lomito de res, salteado con vegetales y champiñones, me gusta el sabor del brócoli, junto con la salsa que acompaña la carne.
Fue una noche fantásticas, la atención y la comida estuvo a la altura, es por ello que recomiendo este lugar, te aseguro pasarás una buena noche en familia disfrutando de buenos y ricos sabores.
