♥Hello community of Hive! ♥
Hello dear hivers, my name is Cristzullys Gonzalez, I am from Venezuela, Today I participate in this community demonstrating my love for cooking. Today I bring a delicious and practical recipe for a cake with chocolate whom I baptized as "Bolaños". It does not require milk and is made very easily. I hope you like it..
INGREDIENTES/INGREDIENTS:
- 500g Harina de trigo/500g Wheat flour
- 400g de azucar/ 400g of sugar
- 150ML de aceite vegetal/150ML vegetable oil
- 5 huevos/5 huevos
- Sal/ Salt
- Cacao en polvo/Cocoa powder
- Agua/ Water

PASOS/ STEPS:
♥ We start by separating our egg whites from the yellow ones. Add the whites to a container and place a pinch of salt and begin to beat until they are completely frothed or just stiff.

♥Then in another container we will place the egg yellows and begin to beat and add the sugar little by little, until they are creamy and have a soft yellow color.

♥ Once we have our ingredients already mixed we add the oil slowly in the form of a thread, that will prevent our cake from crystallizing.

♥At this point in the recipe we begin to add the flour and a cup of water where we have previously dissolved the cocoa or vanilla and mix in an enveloping way with the previously beaten egg whites.

♥To finish we add pre-cooked cornmeal to the mold to make it easier to remove from the mold and we can bake our Bolaño cake.

♥ Since we have our mixture on the tray we can bake it for 40 minutes, let it cool and we can decorate it in our style. In this case I use packaged chocolate, chocolate cookies, colored sighs and candles. I tell you that I decided to call the cake that, after the famous Matilda movie, although that cake was totally made of chocolate, when I saw whoever made the first thing I thought was that famous cake from a movie that will forever live in our hearts and that without a doubt our childhood frame with beautiful memories.
