Para finalizar cortamos las salchichas en ruedas delgadas.

Colocamos un sartén a fuego medio y lo aceitamos, añadimos una pequeña porción del huevo batido y la esparcimos por todo el sartén, agregamos salchichas en uno de los extremos y luego enrollamos con ayuda de un tenedor, repetimos el proceso, añadimos una pequeña porción de huevo, agregamos salchicha y volvemos a enrollar, seguimos haciendo este procedimiento hasta agotar los ingredientes, luego de esto servimos y disfrutamos.
