Danas spremam musaku od krompira i mlevenog svinjskog mesa koju mi obožavamo.Inače krompir volimo spremljenog na sve načine.Za danas nam je potrebno:

1 kg krompira
1 luk
2 jaja

Isečem luk i dinstam ga na malo masti.Kad dobija zlatno žutu boju dodam mleveno meso i začina po želji.Ja stavljam so,vegetu i biber.
U medjuvremenu dok se to dinsta oljuštim krompir i sečem ga na tanke kriške(bitno je da kriške budu što tanje tad je musaka ukusnija).Poredjam pola krompira u vatrostalnu posudu da pokrije dno.

Zatim redjam izdinstano meso pa opet krompir.

Sipam 0,5dcl.vode, pokrijem poklopcem ili folijom u mom slučaju jer ova posuda nema poklopac a odgovara mi zbog veličine i ubacim u rernu da se peče na 200°C

Kad je musaka skoro gotova umutim 2 jaja sa malo mleka i prelijem preko musake.Ubacim je još malo u rernu bez folije da se zapeče i ja volim da gornji sloj krompira bude hrskav.
