This is a restaurant specialized in healthy food, located near the Central Market of Alicante (45, José Gutiérrez Petén street), with a fusion of Mediterranean, Colombian and Korean cuisine.
The two young partners, a Colombian and a Korean girl, emphasize that they only use the freshest and highest quality market products, as well as local organic product.
Everything I ate was very correct, with natural flavors and without refried oils taste; the hake hamburger, specifically, was very good.
They currently have a ⭐4.9 rating on Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐4.
