This is actually my favorite place in town.
Good market product and signature cuisine from the hands of a chef who has worked in other renowned restaurants and who decided to open his own business.
The price-quality ratio is practically unbeatable, offering a six-course closed tasting menu for € 31, drink not included.
- Half pint of Basque craft beer with more than ten awards worldwide (€ 2.90).
- Artesian bread.
- Garlic gazpacho, shrimp tartare and toasted almonds.
- Soft pickled red tuna with cherries.
- Foie Royal.
- Cod tripe stew, with torch cod and garlic foam.
- Squid ink rice with wild squid and green asparagus.
