As I told you before, this restaurant has become my favourite place in town. They have a new 6 courses signature cuisine menu every 2 weeks at the same β¬ 31 price, drinks not included.
- Tomato and cherry gazpacho with burrata, anchovy and basil.
- Grilled sardine fajita with cream cheese and spinachs.
- New version of red shrimp schampi with the juice of their heads and a garlic flower.
- Red tuna, pumpkin and wine sauce.
- The waiter showing me the freshly made rice for one person.
- Stingray rice with squid.
- Rice pudding, without rice.
- Crianza red wine from Rioja Alavesa (β¬ 31, off menu).
