Hamburger night / Noche de hamburguesas [ENG-ESP]

Happy and blessed night my people, I hope your day has been of success and blessings, around these parts has been pure rain since dawn rains and showers so I had to stay at home since you can not be going out on the contrary every day you have to take care of yourself more.

Feliz y bendecida noche mi gente, espero su día haya sido de éxito y bendiciones, por estos lados ha sido de pura lluvia desde que amaneció llueve y escampa así que toco quedarse en casita ya que no se puede estar saliendo al contrario cada día hay que cuidarse más.

Tonight I wanted to give my family a nice dinner, as every weekend I like to invent something new to get out of the routine and as I know they love it I surprised them with some delicious hamburgers, a nice and fast dinner.

Esta noche quise darle una rica cena a mi familia, como todos los fines de semana me gusta inventar algo nuevo para salir de la rutina y como sé que les encanta los sorprendí con unas ricas hamburguesas, una cena rica y sobre todo rápida.

The first thing I did was to prepare the ground beef, I seasoned it with adobo, cube, pepper and cumin, I also added half a grated onion, a touch of mustard and an egg, I kneaded it until everything was integrated and I made 12 meat balls, the same amount of buns.

Lo primero que hice fue preparar la carne molida, la condimente con adobo, cubito, pimienta y comino, también le agregue media cebolla rallada, un toque de mostaza y un huevo, la amase hasta integrar todo e hice 12 bolitas de carne la misma cantidad de los panes.

Then I washed the vegetables as delicate as possible, the lettuce I poured a lot of hot water, then I washed it with water and vinegar, I put it to drain and chopped it, then I washed the tomato well and chopped it into slices.

Luego lave los vegetales lo más delicado la lechuga le eche bastante agua caliente, luego la lave con agua y vinagre las puse a escurrir y las pique, luego el tomate lo lave bien y le pique en rodajas.

The meat balls were crushed and then I put them to cook in the electric grill, here 4 fit, I like to do it here because it is faster, they are cooked on top and underneath at once.

Las bolas de carne las fue aplastando y luego las puse a cocinar en la parrillera eléctrica aquí entraban 4, me gusta hacerla aquí porque es más rápido se van cocinado por arriba y por debajo de una vez.

Then I was chopping all the breads, once the meats were ready I put them next to the vegetables and finally the ideal touch the tomato sauce, mayonnaise and best of all for me the mustard, I also added garlic sauce and it was delicious, believe me, they all flew as well as I made them.

Después fui picando todos los panes, una vez que iban estando las carnes se las iba colocando seguidamente de los vegetales y por último el toque ideal las salsa de tomate, la mayonesa y lo mejor de todo para mí la mostaza, también adicionalmente se le agrego salsa de ajo y esto quedo pero fue de rechupete créame que así como las hice volaron todas.
