Today my wife and I decided to have a "fish day," and for lunch we made boiled potatoes and fried fresh trout.
It was damn tasty and, of course, it wasn't without spice - I used Chantico Fish sauce with habanero and sauerkraut (!) as an addition to the fish, and for a bigger piece I used the new Chilout hot sauce with habanero, garlic and pineapple.
Both turned out very tasty, and the last one reminded me of Asian cuisine. Next time I'll have to boil rice instead of potatoes :)
