Les presento la preparación de una bebida sumamente rica y sencilla de hacer, "Chicha de pasta" aunque también la podemos preparar con arroz siguiendo los mismo pasos:

- Papelón
- Azúcar
- Leche
- Vainilla
- Canela en polvo
- Agua
- Pulp

- Primeramente en una olla con agua agregamos la pasta que vamos a utilizar para preparar está bebida.
First, in a pot with water, we add the paste we are going to use to prepare this drink.
- Luego agregamos un pedazo de papelón y lo ponemos a cocinar.
Then we add a piece of papelón and cook it.
- Cuando ya nuestra pasta este bien blandita la apagamos y dejamos enfriar para después licuarla.
When our pasta is very soft, we turn it off and let it cool and then blend it.
- El siguiente paso es agregar la pasta en la licuadora, agregamos leche según el gusto de cada persona, a mi en lo personal me gusta la chicha bien espesa.
The next step is to add the paste in the blender, add milk according to the taste of each person, I personally like the chicha very thick.
- Luego agregamos nuestra chicha en un recipiente.
Then we add our chicha in a container.
- Agregamos azúcar al gusto, mezclamos.
Add sugar to taste, mix
- Agregamos vainilla, mezclamos.

- Agregamos canela en polvo, mezclamos.
Add cinnamon powder, mix
- Servimos, listo a disfrutar de una bebida muy rica y sencilla de preparar en casa.
