2 pounds Chicken Cutlets, cut in smaller and thinner pieces.
Marinate with 3 tbs oil, 2 tbs soy sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon sriracha (hot sauce), 4 tbs lemon juice.
Dip each chicken piece into eggs, then into bread crumbs(or matzo crumbs), fry both sides until golden.
Fill up your taco shells with lettuce, sliced shnitzel, spicy fries, fresh parsley and tahini.
