hello everyone special greetings and i wish everyone a very happy and a prosperous 2022,
its exciting to really come to discover such a great community of foodies,well tought was the only one tho, but i really love my diet to be balanced and yummy, so today i present you my delicious breakfast of native jellof rice and fried plantain
although i didn't remember to capture the process my bad and am sorry about that☹️ i promise to make it up c;omon cheer up
okay, am going to describe the entire process for ya
so after i parboiled my rice, then i drop small amount of vegetable oil sprinkled some salt to it , add my onions and my tomatoe past which i fried for upto 5minutes for maximum taste
after that i added other ingredient like smoked dried fish, crayfish, seasoning cube, chille, pepper and other spice
while this was on, i started frying my plantain first cutting it in circles, till i was thru with all of them, in less than 30-45minutes, my delicious, yummy, tasty breakfast was ready
