The ingredients for stir-fried chickpeas are.
• 1 plastic chickpea
•1/2 tempeh board
• carrot
• shredded chicken breast
• 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 cloves of garlic
• oil
• Water
• 3 red chilies
• tomato
Steps to prepare foods
• Cleaned green beans and then cut according to taste
• Shredded chicken breast (depending on taste)
• Carrots, washed and thinly sliced
• Tempeh cut into cubes or obliquely
• Red chili in an oblique slice
• Garlic chopped
• Tomato slices
• Heat up the pan
• Add a little canola oil
• Saute garlic and chili until fragrant
• Add carrots
• Enter the tempeh then the chicken breast
• Last but not least, stir-fry the chickpeas, don't take too long it will be mushy and black
• Add salt, seasoning, then add a little sweet soy sauce to make the dish more delicious.
• Saute briefly, to evenly distribute the spices so that they are thoroughly mixed
• Add sliced tomatoes, at the last minute to enhance the dish and keep it crunchy
• Then put on a serving plate and ready to be served.
