A few days ago I made Ginger Coffee Pudding + Syrup Pudding. To make it, I used 1 sachet of agar-agar powder.

This product was one of the ingredients to make ginger coffee pudding, namely coffee, ginger, milk, and sugar powder drink [TORABIKA - Jahe Susu (Ginger Milk)]:
Ingredients of TORABIKA - Jahe Susu (Ginger Milk): Sugar, non dairy creamer, instant coffee (6%), synthetic flavor, ginger powder (2.5%), palm sugar, malt extract powder, skim milk powder, artificial sweetener acesulfame-K (0.18%; ADI 15 mg/kg weight).
For the syrup pudding, I used "ABC - Squash Delight - Florida Orange" syrup.

HOW TO MAKE:
■ Place part of 1 sachet of agar-agar powder in a stewpan.
■ Add coffee, ginger, milk, and sugar powder drink [TORABIKA - Jahe Susu (Ginger Milk)].
■ Add sugar.
■ Add sweetened condensed milk.
■ Add about 2 glasses of water.
■ Bring to a boil and stir.
■ Pour the solution into containers (I used 3 containers). Put in the refrigerator.
■ Add the remaining agar-agar powder, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, syrup, and about 2 glasses of water to a stewpan.
■ Bring to a boil and stir.
■ Pour the solution into the previous containers. Put in the refrigerator.
