● Ingredients needed to prepare potato coconut:

Salt, pepper and turmeric🧂🌶
First, we wash the potatoes and remove their skins. We grate all the potatoes with the fine ribs of the grater and remove their juice by hand.
We grate the onion with coarse ribs and knead it with grated potatoes.
We also add eggs. We sprinkle salt, pepper and turmeric. Knead by hand for a few minutes.
We pour the oil in the frying pan, when it gets hot, we take the ingredients the size of a small tangerine, spread it in the palm of our hands and put it in the oil until it is fried.
When one side is fried, turn it over so that the other side is also fried.
Now the fried potatoes are ready to eat.
We can prepare a delicious sandwich with coconut, potatoes, sliced tomatoes and anything else we like.
We can use tomato slices, chopped pickles, onion rings, lettuce leaves to make the sandwich delicious.
