This is hilsa fish curry. Hilsa fish is a very delicious food. Hilsa fish is great to eat in potato, mustard paste and some other ways. But today I have cooked hilsa fish with potatoes and I am sharing this recipe.

Ingredients:
- Hilsa fish.
- Potatoes.
- Onion & Garlic.
- Raw chilli.
- panchphoron.
- Cumin powder.
- Mustard oil.
- 2 teaspoons salt.
- 3 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:
Step 01:
First I removed the hilsa fish scales. I cut the fiber well, wash it with water and put it in a container.
Step 02:
I fry the chopped potatoes in a pan with oil till light red.
Step 03:
Sprinkle salt & turmeric on the chopped fish.
Step 04:
I fry the fish peaches well with oil in a pan.
Step 05:
Lightly fry the chopped onion and garlic.
Step 06:
Put a little oil in the pan and fry it with panchphoron.
Step 07:
Put fried potatoes on top of fried panchphoron in a pan and serve with raw chilli, fried onion & garlic. Then put some salt and turmeric powder on it again.
Step 08:
Mix all together well, put it in a pan for a while, heat it and add enough water.
Step 09:
When the water boils a little, I put the fried fish in it. To cook the fish curry well, put it on high flame for 10 minutes on the stove. After 10 minutes, when the cooking is complete, turn off the oven and spread cumin powder on top of the curry.
Step 10:
Lastly I put the curry in a pot and serve it to eat.
