3. Then I take 4 onions and 2 garlic. Then peel the garlic, onion and chop the onions and put them in a pot. At the same time I take some raw chillies and cut them into long pieces and put them in another container.
4. Then I put salt and turmeric on the cut fish pitches. Then fry the fish pitches with oil in a pan and after frying put it in another pot.
5. Then I put the chopped potato peaches in a pan with oil to lightly fry. At the same time lightly fry the onion and garlic in the same oil. After frying, put the potatoes and onions, garlic in another pot.
6. Then I pour the fried potatoes, raw chillies and onions, garlic back into the pan. Then I mix salt and turmeric powder in it and add a little panchphoran. Then mix it all together with the potatoes and make it a little tanned. Then when it is tanned, add water and fry the fish. Then I put the curry on the stove for 10 minutes to cook well. After 10 minutes of cooking, I spread a little cumin and coriander powder on top of the curry and put it down.
7. These are ordinary rice. First I wash the rice well with water and after washing I put it in a bowl of raichukuka and measure it with 4 cups of water. Then I close the mouth of the rice cooker for 15-20 minutes to make rice. Although it is ordinary rice, the rice is pale white. Any curry eaten with white rice is fun.
