It is a hilsa fish curry made with colocasia. Very tasty to eat. Today I cooked this delicious curry.

Ingredients:
- Hilsa fish.

- Raw chilli.
- 2 onions and 1 garlic.

- Mustard oil.
- 2 teaspoons salt.
- 2 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:
Step 01:
First I peel the colocasia, wash it with water and put it in a container.
Step 02:
I cut a few raw chillies.
Step 03:
Peel the onion and garlic. When the peel is removed, I chop the onion.
Step 04:
I cut the hilsa fish and wash it with water.
Step 05:
I put salt and turmeric on the fish pitches.
Step 06:
I fry the fish well with oil in a pan.
Step 07:
Fry the onion and garlic.
Step 08:
Fry the cut colocasia pitches.
Step 09:
Fry panchphoron in oil in a pan. Then fry it with colocasia. Add salt, turmeric, raw chilli and fried onion & garlic. I mix everything well. Then I add fish pitch with water in it. I leave it on the fire for about 10 minutes to make the curry better. After 10 minutes, when it is cooked, turn off the oven and spread coriander powder in it. Then I put something in a container to eat.
