Hello friends, today I cooked Catla fish. This catla fish I cooked with potatoes. Catla fish is very tasty to eat. And today I am sharing this Catla fish recipe with you.

- 7 potatoes.
- 7 raw chillies.
- 2 onions and 1 garlic.
- Panchphoron.
- Mustard oil.
- 3 tablespoons salt.
- 4 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:
Step 01:
First, I cut the fish, washed it with water and put it in a container.
Step 02:
I peel the potatoes. After peeling, wash with water, cut and put in a container.
Step 03:
At the same time peel the onion and garlic. After peeling, I cut the onion and put it in a bowl with garlic.
Step 04:
I cut the raw chillies, wash them with water and put them in a bowl.
Step 05:
I put salt and turmeric on the cut fish.
Step 06:
I fry the fish and put it in a pot.
Step 07:
I put the potatoes in a frying pan.
Step 08:
Fry the onion and garlic and put in a bowl.
Step 09:
I fry panchphoron in a pan.
Step 10:
Serve with fried potatoes, onions & garlic, and raw chillies in Panchphoron. Add salt and turmeric.
Step 11:
Let's mix everything well together.
Step 12:
After mixing, add water in it. If the water feels a little boiling, I give the fish fried in it. I wait for 10 minutes for the fish curry to go well. After 10 minutes, when it is cooked, turn off the oven and spread a little spice on top of the curry.
Step 13:
I put some fish curry in a pot to eat.
