Hello friends, after a long time today I cooked a little Snakehead murrel fish again. Today I cooked this fish with Colocasia. This fish curry with colocasia looks great to eat. And today I am sharing with you this very beautiful recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 Snakehead murrel fish.
- Half pitch Colocasia.
- Onion & Garlic.
- Raw chilli.
- Panchphoron.
- Mustard oil.
- 4 tablespoons salt.
- 3 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:
Step 01:
First, cut the fish, wash it with water and put it in a container. Then apply salt and turmeric well.
Step 02:
Colocasia is cut and washed well with water and put in a container.
Step 03:
Cut onion and garlic and put in a bowl.
Step 04:
I cut the raw chillies and put them in a pot.
Step 05:
I fry the fish peaches with salt and turmeric and put them in a pot.
Step 06:
Fry the chopped Colocasia lightly.
Step 07:
Put onion and garlic in a pot after frying well.
Step 08:
Lightly fry the panchphoron with oil in a pan.
Step 09:
Serve fried on Panchphoron with Colocasia, Onion & Garlic and Raw Chilli. I add salt and turmeric.
Step 10:
I put it all together well.
Step 11:
After mixing all the water in it.
Step 12:
When the water boils, I put the fried fish in it. I wait 10 minutes for the fish curry to cook well. After 10 minutes of cooking, turn off the oven and sprinkle light hot spice powder on top of the curry.
Step 13:
At the end of it all I put the fish curry in a pot to serve.
