We always have rice at home to accompany our lunches, if at the time of serving the rice you have a little left, do not waste it, save it and with it you can prepare this delicious rice omelette to share at dinner and even at breakfast.

- En un bol agregamos el huevo.

- Agregamos al huevo sal y orégano e integramos todo.

- A la mezcla de huevo sal y orégano le agregamos el arroz y revolvemos todo.

- Agregamos la mezcla al sartén previamente calentado y tapamos.

- Cocinamos a fuego medio por aproximadamente 5 minutos, luego volteamos la tortilla y tapamos nuevamente.
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then flip the tortilla and cover again.
