-1 and 1/2 cabbage cup
-1 chives cup
-1 carrot cup
- Tortillas (100gs flour + 20gs cornstarch + 100ml Water = mix everything together and make very thin crepes in a pan when you can touch it and it is totally dry and manageable it would be ready)
- a little of tortilla mix
- two big spoons of soy sauce
- 1 ham cup
- 1 little spoon of 5 spices
- 1 little spoon of ajinomoto (a chinese spice)
the lumpias are so easy to make and so, so delicious. You only must cooked together the vegetables with the ham and add the spices and the soy sauce, once the vegetable are soft, it means this is ready to fill the tortillas. then you should put the vegetables mix close to one of the tortilla edges and fold it like a burrito. And in order to close it, you should use the tortilla mix as glue so it wouldn't open up when you cook it.
for cooking it you can use enough corn oil and once it looks a little golden and crunchy, then it is ready. also you could do it in the airfryer for 20mins in a temperature of 180* or until it looks golden and crunchy.
then you are ready to taste it.
We also cooked some chinese rice with ham for our lunch, so we eat very chinese food today. it was delicious!
