.Mientras el bizcocho se cocinaba prepare aparte unos mangos caramelizados para que fuera la decoración del bizcocho, tome tiras de mangos y le agregue azúcar y cocine con el fuego muy bajito hasta que se caramelizo y retire del fuego, reserve.

.Después que paso los 35min retire del horno el bizcocho y deje enfriar por un momento y desmolde en un plato y le agregue los mangos caramelizados arriba del bizcocho como decoración, listo para degustar.
