Moreover, in our country, various terms are made by potatoes. Due to which potato is one of the favorite items for people of all ages. It is also true that the taste of potatoes can create a different taste in everyone.
Potatoes are in great demand in our country throughout the year. Due to which the price of potato often goes out of control. But the good news is that our country is able to meet the demand for potatoes and we also export a lot of potatoes abroad. Today I will share a nice tiffin recipe made with potatoes. This recipe is quite a favorite of me and my son.
This recipe is especially tasty when made with fresh and small potatoes. Although in our country this recipe is made all the time and with all kinds of potatoes. Everyone loves this recipe, especially in the evening tiffin. Every day when I am at home, I try to make and enjoy myself. Because of everyone is a little more attracted to the things of taste.

The list of ingredients may seem too large. But in fact all these elements are always at our fingertips. Because of these ingredients are used regularly in our country not in special type of cooking but in all types of cooking. Due to which the above ingredients are always stored in our kitchen in some amount. Moreover I always say one thing, there are no specific rules about cooking, but you can make any item more or less depending on your taste. It totally depends on your taste.
Notice, maybe we like to eat more salt in our lunch, so we use a little more salt in cooking. Other regions may prefer garlic or ginger, so they consume more ginger or garlic. So you have to consider your taste first. Maybe sometimes it tastes something different, but it doesn’t always feel good.
Let's go back to the original cooking and see the cooking process:
If we can take small, then we have to wash it nicely first. And if there is no large size potato, then it should be cut into small pieces after washing. Since I have small size potatoes, there is no need to slice them.
Then take a pan and heat it in the oven. When the pan is hot, pour some oil in it. Then fry with onion, green chilies, bay leaves and cinnamon for a while till they turn brown.
Then add some water and cook with tomatoes for a while more. Continue to cook until the tomato juices have dried. Because of if the cooking is not good at this time, it will not be good to eat later.
Then mix the potatoes with these, so that all the potatoes have a good mix of spicy dishes. Then cover the potatoes well with a lid so that they are cooked quickly.
After a while, shake the potatoes well and add some water. Because of potatoes will not cook well without water. Then cook without the lid on, until the water dries.
Notice after a while the cooking is done and a nice scent is coming out of it. Check if the potatoes are cooked well. Then add coriander leaves and take them down.
