Food we often encounter in various Regions. In Indonesia with many tribes and culture there are also many traditional food in each region.
We often find cassava plants in garden and thrive in tropical climates, cassava variations,some of which csn be used as staple food and snack foods.
Like what I do, namely making snack with materials from cassava I give the name Cetil. Ingredients for making snack foods, namely cassava,coconut,brown sugar,pandan leaves,salt.
*The step is peeled and mashed cassava or grinded(300grams).
*The second step is peeled coconut and paned(100grams).
*The third step is brown sugar on the scales so that it melts quickly(100grams), banana leaves,a little salt.
How to cook, *boiled brown sugar and given pandan leaves so that it small good. Then pour it into the mashed cassava, and stir it so that the brown sugar mixes with the cassava.
Step of cooking by steamins .
*First put the finaly ground cassava into the steamer pan. Put an a banana leaf base,from a round shape. Then put the shredded coconut and put it on the side of the steamer pan.
Then cover the pot,wait about thirty minutes for it cook, after cooking ,remove and put on the side,also the steamed coconut,sprinkled with salt and food ready to eat.
