
Greetings dear friends, welcome to my blog. Today I am once again joining the weekly contest
Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Quick and Easy. This time I came up with the idea of preparing something very simple with a leftover pasta from a previous meal. I had already planned to use this pasta for a quick lunch, plus I hadn't eaten it for a while, it's spaghetti with milk and cheese. When I saw the conditions of the contest I said to myself, “wow, it fit me like a glove”, I enjoyed my snack and at once I do my participation in the #qurator contest, preparing something quick and easy. Total preparation time 13 minutes, cooking time 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 270 grams of short cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup of liquid milk
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 40 grams of guayanese cheese
- 2 tablespoons margarine with salt
- Salt to taste

Preparation
1.-. Add the liquid milk and powdered milk to the cooked spaghetti.

2.-. Then, add salt to taste and the two tablespoons of salted margarine.


3.-. Let it cook over medium heat, cover the pan, stirring from time to time to prevent the milk from burning and the spaghetti from burning. When the liquid has dried, add the cheese, mix and let it cook for 30 seconds more and turn off the heat.

4.- Serve the spaghetti with milk and cheese, quick, easy and delicious.
