It's Ramen Night! - Does Sachi have the Best Ramen in Cebu?

I'm not the one to take time to decide which place to go for food or even decide what food to eat. I don't like wasting time. So when me and

Hive account@ybanezkim26 headed out for dinner after our spontaneous date, Ramen came instantly to my mind. Good thing both of us like Ramen. As we googled, there was one restaurant located near us in I.T. Park, Cebu Philippines.

We kind of got lost a bit. We didn't realize Sachi restaurant was just two stores behind the cafe we stayed. We ordered our food right off the entrance. I got Tonkotsu Ramen while Hive account@ybanezkim26 chose Tantan Men. We headed inside and we had the whole place to ourselves. As we waited for our food to be ready, I did my own judgment of the interior of the place. The restaurant had a Japanese theme with wood and lanterns as main decors. They also have this small Japanese stall where the cooks serve the food. And they have a toilet room inside which was really convenient. The ambiance definitely gives you that feeling that you're in Japan.

We had to wait 20 minutes but we didn't mind since we killed our time by talking random topics. We haven't seen each other for 2 years so we had a lot of catching up. Our ramen was then served and it looks awfully delicious!

What made my dish Tonkutso Ramen so mouthwatering was the pork broth, thick and cloudy white in color. It is served with 3 slices of chasu (fatty pork) and eggs as toppings. It has a rich, creamy taste to it. For only Php 340.00, the food was worth it.

Kim's dish which was the Tantan Men. It's orange colored soup was made from pork bone both too with sesame seeds, ground pork and spices as toppings. And this one is spicy compared to mine. I think those spicy lovers will definitely love this Japanese cuisine. And for only Php 340.00 too, it's already affordable and yummy.

I would rate my dish to 8/10. Sachi might just be the second best ramen in Cebu for me. Overall, we had a delicious dinner and a fun time together. If you do end up trying to figure out what to eat, go for ramen and head over to Sachi. Their dishes are not just affordable but also tasty!
