Strawberry Ice cream Cheesecak

Freezing time: overnight
Yield: 1L taberware
INGREDIENTS:
1 and 1/2 cups whipped cream
250g Cream cheese ( room temperature)
1 can sweet condensed milk
5 Crushed biscuit use digestive or marie
1/4 cup strawberry sauce or jam
INSTRUCTION:
- Whipped the cream until coherent.
- Cream the cream cheese, then add the sweet condensed milk. Whisk with a hand whisk until well combined.
- Add the cheese mixture to the whipped cream and mix all together until smooth mixture.
In a bowl add strawberry sauce or use jam, add about 2 tablespoon and mix together. - In a 1 liter taberware, pour half amount of ice cream mixture, then crushed cookies layer and a layer of strawberry cream mixture. Then add another layer of ice cream mixture, end with crushed cookies.
- Cover and freez overnight.
- When out of freezer let it set for 5 minutes before serving.
