Earlier this month, Hive account@nicollefiallo and I made a quick stop at Zaxby's in Rocky Mount, North Carolina on our way home from a wedding in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Zaxby's is a chicken-based fast-food chain from the South. I've never tried it before, so I decided it was a good place to stop.

I ordered the Signature Zaxby's Chicken Sandwich. It consisted of a crispy, breaded, white-meat chicken breast fillet, dressed with Zax Sauce and topped with three thick-cut pickle chips on a toasted, buttery potato bun. It was quite possibly the best fast-food chicken sandwich I've ever tried.
