Yesterday I ate food ordered from a Mexican restaurant. Burrito Al Pastor with pork marinated in pineapple and orange juice in peppers, and patatas, i.e. fried potatoes with cheddar cheese and mayonnaise-chipotle sauce. Although the delivery of these dishes was to be made within an hour, after about half an hour a restaurant employee came with a warm Mexican meal 😋
Wczoraj zjadłam jedzenie zamówione z meksykańskiej restauracji. Burrito Al Pastor z wieprzowiną marynowana w ananasie i soku pomarańczowym w papryczkach oraz patatas, czyli smażone ziemniaczki z serem cheddar oraz z sosem majonez-chipotle. Mimo, że dostawa tych dań miała być zrealizowana w ciągu godziny po około pół godzinie przyjechał pracownik restauracji z ciepłym, meksykańskim posiłkiem 😋
The dish was delivered in a cardboard box and it was hot. Inside was tortilla and sauces and in the other box was fried potatoes.
Danie zostało dostarczone w takim kartonowym pudełku, było gorące. W środku znajdowała się tortilla i sosy, a w drugim pudełku były smażone ziemniaki.
In one of the containers there was such a tomato and onion salsa.
W jednym z pojemniczków znajdowała się taka pomidorowo-cebulowa salsa.
There was such a mild sauce in another container.
W innym pojemniku znajdował się taki łagodny sos.
And these are fried potatoes. They were well baked, but tasty and crunchy. Cheddar cheese melted nicely on them.
A to smażone ziemniaczki. Były mocno spieczone, ale smaczne i chrupiące. Fajnie stopił się na nich ser cheddar.
How did the burrito taste? It turned out there was a lot of meat inside, cilantro leaves, lettuce and pineapple pieces. The amount of meat surprised me a bit as I've been trying to eat less lately, but overall the burrito was very tasty. The meat tasted a bit exotic thanks to the pineapple orange marinade.
Jak mi smakowało burrito? Okazało się, że w środku było dużo mięsa, liście kolendry, sałata i kawałki ananasa. Ilość mięsa trochę mnie dobiła, bo ostatnio staram się jeść go mniej, ale generalnie burrito było bardzo smaczne. Mięso smakowało trochę egzotycznie dzięki ananasowo-pomarańczowej marynacie.
When I was eating burritos, I put tomato salsa and sauce on my meat, which made the taste more interesting and the dish was more delicious.
Gdy jadłam burrito nakładałam sobie na mięso salsę pomidorową i sos, co sprawiało, że smak był ciekawszy, a danie smaczniejsze.
