today I would like to introduce you to a cafe in cologne that is very popular. It has become more and more popular here in Germany in recent years and is therefore not only very strongly represented in Cologne, but also in other german cities.
I am talking about Cafe extrablatt. The great thing about the cafe is that they have a breakfast buffet and you can eat as much as you want for 14€. I think everyone always takes advantage of that;) but apparently it's still worth it for the operators hehe.

The photos were taken at Cafe Extrablatt in Cologne, just a few streets away from Neumarkt. In fact, the buffet here is much smaller than in Essen, for example, as I was used to. Nevertheless, there was enough. Only the selection could have been bigger;). As you can see, my friend and I "stashed away" something.
There was orange juice, various rolls, croissants, crepes with Nutella and other spreads, different kinds of cheese and sausages, fruit and vegetables, scrambled eggs with bacon, sausages and meatba
lls.
Cafe Extrblatt is not only a breakfast café, but you can also eat hot meals here at lunchtime and drink cocktails in the evening, so it is a mixture of café, restaurant and bar, so to speak.
There's even a menu that looks like a newspaper, which I think is a very original idea!
