It's been a while since I made egg mayo sandwich. It is one of my favorite breakfasts, and now it feels like I over ate today.
Let's get started.
Ingredients:
Egg - 2
Mayo - A couple of tablespoons
Mustard sauce - 1 teaspoon
Chili Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - a little
Salt
Onion in vinegar - a couple of slices
cheese (Today I am using cheddar and mozzarella.
Method:
Boil 2 eggs. To boil the eggs put it in boiling water and boil for 12-13 minutes. Alternatively, you can put the eggs in room temperature water and boil for 20-21 minutes.
Peel and mash the eggs.
To this, add mustard sauce, mayo, salt, pepper, chili sauce, chopped pickled onion and cheese.
Give it a good mix.
And that's it. The filling for the sandwich is ready.
For the sandwich, take 2 slices of bread, spread the egg mayo filling on one of the slices, and cover it with the other slice. Toast it on a pan for 30 seconds on either sides and it's ready to eat.

I cook every day. Well, almost every day. And there are days where I cook multiple recipes. Having said that, I am not an authentic or professional chef. Many of my recipes are experiments as I try to adapt and use the ingredients I already have.
My mantra is you should cook food just the way you like it. I don’t mean any disrespect to traditional methods of cooking or any cultures where the cuisine originates from. But I merely try to cook it with what I have and what is available to me and sometimes, I add ingredients that I want to use up.
