I saw this new type of Panipuri in one the Indian vendor shop in my locality. So, I decided to try it and the stall owner told me that its called Sukha Puri. Sukha means you take it without spicy sour water. Puri is a round fried crisp made from potato and inside there goes the fillings of mashed potatoes, soaked peas, green pepper mashed with salt and other spices. Then it is topped with Aloo Bhujia (yellow crunchy noodle shaped), sour curd (white one) and then Tamarind pickle (the red one). They are often taken as a part of complimentary snacks. The recipes mentioned above are all Indian recipes. They are the popular street foods of India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan.
