Good day Hivers and food lovers! ❣ Let's try this homemade Arroz ala Cubana recipe which is a famous rice dish menu in various Spanish-speaking nations, rendered from ground beef simmered in tomato sauce and fulfilled with steamed-rice, fried egg, and fried banana.
Ingredients:
- ½kg ground beef
- 1 piece onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrots, diced
- ¼ cup raisins (optional)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, fried
- 2 saging saba, fried
Chop the garlic, dice the onion and carrots, and alice bananas into two.
Fry sliced bananas until color turns to golden brown and set aside.
Fry the egg then set aside.
In a pan, saute the garlic and onions. Then, add ground beef. Mix thoroughly and simmer the beef for 5 minutes. Now pour the diced carrots and mix. Cook until the carrots softens.
Now pour the tomato paste.
Pour the raisins, and add salt and pepper to taste.
