Today I bring you a rich sweet recipe, some rich butter cookies with colored rain for your snack, it is quite simple and with just a few ingredients you can make these delicious cookies. These cookies are not baked; Instead, make them in an electric stove by placing it in a hermetically closed pot. Here I show you the preparation.

Ingredients

250 grams of wheat flour
125 grams of sugar
1 egg
Cream essence
Rain of colors
Butter

Preparation

Take the container and place the sugar with 2 large tablespoons of butter

Then integrate both ingredients until you get a compact mixture

Then add the egg and the cream essence to flavor

Already here the mixture becomes smoother

Finally we place the wheat flour and join until forming the soft dough as you see in the photograph

To make the cookies, make balls and then I made a circular shape, place the colored rain

Hoy les traigo una rica receta dulce, unas ricas galletas de mantequilla con lluvia de colores para la merienda, es bastante sencillo y con pocos ingredientes puedes realizar estas ricas galletas. Estas galletas no son horneadas; sino que las realice en cocina eléctrica colocándola en olla herméticamente cerrada. Aquí les muestro la preparación.

Ingredientes

250 gramos de harina de trigo
125 gramos de azúcar
1 huevo
Esencia de nata
Lluvia de colores
Mantequilla

Preparación

Tomar el envase y colocar el azúcar con 2 cucharadas grandes de mantequilla

Después integrar ambos ingredientes hasta conseguir una mezcla compacta

Luego incorpore el huevo y la esencia de nata para darle sabor

Ya aquí la mezcla se torna más suave

Por último colocamos la harina de trigo y unimos hasta formar la masa suave como lo ven en la fotografía

Para realizar las galletas realice bolitas y luego hice forma circular coloque la lluvia de colores
