Every day I'm facing these questions in my mind that what viand should I prepare for today's breakfast, for lunch later and even for dinner soon!
I think I have to do some experiment to indulge our appetite so I decided to make one.
I hope you won't find it disgusting but today I'm gonna share what we have for today's lunch
These are chicken feet which we bought from the market for 45 pesos (0.93$) it's about half a kilo.
For the procedures you'll gonna need
chicken feet
breeding mix
salt
oil for frying
And for the sauce
vinegar (I used coconut wine)
soy sauce
medium onion (cut)
chilli (optional)
Steps for cooking
you need to clean thoroughly remove primary skin and make sure to cut all the nails
When you're done, you have to boil it for at least one minute and just make sure not to over boiled because there is a tendency that the flesh will peel off from the bones. (add a pinch of salt)
after boiled remove exist water and it's ready to add on the breeding mix ( It's your choice if you want to make your breedings) but I decided to buy one because it's gonna take me more work to do
In putting the breeding make sure to coat everything for a delicious outcome
and it's all ready for frying

Crispy and yummy feet to satisfy our cravings, with the sauce and Chilli that complement the tenderness of the feet the onion that give extra taste and you can even eat the tiny bones 🥰feels so good 🤤
