Today I will write you a recipe for Fritters with an apple.
I really like these Fritters, they are tender, aromatic and juicy.
To prepare them you will need:
- Flour - 110 grams
- Milk - 125 ml. (room temperature)
- 2 medium apples
Peel the apples, cut out the middle, grate on a coarse grater. - 1 egg
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt on the tip of the knife
- Vanilla sugar - 0.5 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil
It turns out 22 pieces.
Beat the egg and sugar with a fork, add vanilla sugar + salt + milk + flour mixed with baking powder + grated apples.
Mix well.
Spread with a tablespoon in a preheated pan with a small amount of oil, about 4 tablespoons.
During frying, add oil as needed.
Fry for about 1 minute on each side.
I put the fried Pancakes on kitchen napkins to absorb the excess oil.
You can eat Fritters with sour cream, jam, honey.
And it is possible with both.
