This maulid rice is very unique in each region, there are various ways in the process of making it and they are different. In my place, the Maulid rice is neatly wrapped in a banana leaf in the shape of an isosceles triangle.
Then the way we eat it, the Maulid rice is pulled on a plate and then added with different and many different fish and side dishes. This is a unique characteristic on Maulid Day. All fish and side dishes are in one plate and a little rice. It gives a very unique and delicious taste. We also put a variety of unique fish menus on the guest table.
