Lockdown and quarantined have turned people into chefs and baker. The trend with lockdown menu is filled with ingredients that can be found home, cheap, and easy to find. Today, I am trying out of one the famous brownies recipe advertised as brownies without oven, eggs, and mixer. But can it actually happen? let's find out!

Note from Mac
I would say if you have diabetes, I don't recommend eating this one. The ingredients are full of sugar. Another thing to point out is that you can also replace chocolatos with other instant chocolate powder out there. But if you really want to make a gourmet brownies, please use proper chocolate powder.
Taste wise, it's similar to regular brownies you can find at the store. However, in terms of texture this won't look as good as making it with an oven. So, let's keep using an oven instead a steamer to make brownies.
Another important thing that I would like to say is that you can't skip all purpose flour and egg. You need to also use mixer to have a good paste and consistency. So if they advertise you'd only need 2 or 3 ingredients, be very cautious. You don't want to end up throwing the failed cake and being wasteful with the ingredients.
