The other day I mentioned that I am going to start eating healthier. This year, my goal is to become fitter than in 2020 where I was uncaring about my general health. I know many people are gaining weight since they are in lockdown and eat anything because they have nothing to do. So, in my attempt to do that, I am going to start eating bland food.
Brunch (Breakfast)
For breakfast, I have fried rice with vegetables and tofu. I use minimum spices like oregano and salt. I also minimize the portion that I take from about 15 spoons to 10 spoons. Typically, this is not what I have, but I like eating fried rice since being home. Only recently, I realize that rice is actually messing up my body. For instance, it's making me more lethargic so, I try to keep it low.
Lunch to Dinner
My lunch to dinner consists of vegetables and protein. During the afternoon, I go to the market to buy fresh vegetables. I like to eat fresh vegetables with minimum spices. Soup is also important for me because it's filling. I added mushroom that time to add more volume into the bowl.
Other than this, I also drink a lot of water. But I recall, mentioned about prebiotic. So, I'll have to add that into the diet I suppose.
