Good day everyone.
Earlier today we had chicken liver for dinner. I am not sure what's the name of the recipe. But it's like Filipino adobo.
Ingredients are:
Chicken Liver
Onions
Garlic
Soy sauce
Bell pepper
Pepper
Salt
✔️Marinate chicken liver in soy sauce, onions, garlic. Put in a little bit of salt and pepper. Leave it for 10-15 minutes
✔️Saute onions and garlic.
✔️Add on chicken liver, don't include the marinade sauce set it aside for later.
✔️There's still little sauce from the liver, bring that to a boil. We did not add any liquid for the stock yet.
✔️ Once boiled add the marinade sauce earlier and bring to a boil again.
✔️Season with salt and pepper.
✔️If liver is almost cook add the bell pepper.
Tada!!😋😋
