Today I am talking about one plant that I recently discovered and I learned a lot about what it is good for and why I should use it.
Celery is rich in vitamin C, magnesium, vitamin, calcium, phosphorus and is an excellent source of fiber.
Some studies have stated that drinking celery juice at least three times a week reduces the risk of Alzheimer's disease by as much as 70%. This plant not only reduces the risk of Alzheimer's disease, it lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol (according to research, it lowers cholesterol by as much as 7 times if you consume celery at least 3 to 4 times a week). Celery juice helps women who have irregular menstruation and is good in treating the reproductive system.
summer is coming and we all want to lose weight and it's the right time to start now. Don't take sweets, make celery juice because it's good for it.
I added more cucumber,mint, apple and pear to the celery. The color is fantastically green and now I have a feeling that spring has arrived. I hope that you, like me, will start drinking celery juice because health comes first.
