Paso a paso
*Primeramente colocamos la carne a hervir en una olla con aliños verdes, para que le dé sabor. Sal al gusto.
- Por otro lado, para hacer el arroz, rayo zanahoria y ajo con aceite coloco el arroz y lo dejo freír por un rato hasta agregar el agua dependiendo de la medida del arroz, por cada taza de arroz dos de agua.
- Para hacer la carne, ya cocida, esmechamos, lo más finita posible. En un sartén colocamos aceite, con los aliños ya cortados (cebollín, cebolla, tomate, ajo, aji dulce) dejamos freír, agregamos la carne a su vez colocamos Caldo que quedó de cuando se hirvio. (Porque tiene todo el sabor) dejamos un rato.
*El arroz listo y la carne también, sirvo en el plato, para acompañar hago unas papas fritas sazonadas con ajo.

Step by Step
First we put the meat to boil in a pot with green dressings, to give it flavor. Salt to taste.
On the other hand, to make the rice, carrot lightning and garlic with oil, I place the rice and let it fry for a while until adding the water depending on the size of the rice, for each cup of rice two of water.
To make the meat, already cooked, we fry it, as finely as possible. In a frying pan we put oil, with the seasonings already cut (chives, onion, tomato, garlic, sweet pepper) we let it fry, we add the meat in turn we place the broth that was left from when it boiled. (Because it has all the flavor) we leave a while.
The ready rice and the meat too, I serve on the plate, to accompany I make some fried potatoes seasoned with garlic.
