I always eat my lunch so heavy because most the time i don't eat dinner,so here is what i prepared today.
INGREDIANCE
Chicken cut into pieces

Irish potatoes
Vegetables such as cabbage,onions,carrots,greenpaper.
How to prepare.
1.oven roasted chicken
1teaspoon of lemon juice
1teaspoon onion powder
1teaspoon of red chili powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt to taste
Melted butter
Heat in the oven at 200 degrees for 30min
2.salads
Cabbages
Onions
Carrots
Greenpaper
Salt
Mayonaise
Mix well after cutting thinly.keep in the fridge ready to serve.
3.rice
Onions
Cooking oil
Rice
Water
Fry onions till golden brown,add water when it boils pour rice.cook on low heat.
4.smashed irish potatoes
Irish potatoes
Small teaspoon of butter
Onions
Water
Peal the irish,wash it ,put in the saucepan with butter and onions.plus salt to taste.
When it ready,mingle it.
