Although I can't cook very well, I try to cook well. Mushroom is one of my favorite food. So I thought to make soupy mushroom oyster vegetable.
This is a very simple recipe, it takes about ten minutes to prepare. It doesn't take much ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Mushroom Oyster (100 gms)
- Three cloves of garlic
- Green chillies
- A small diced tomato
- One spoon of ginger garlic paste
- soy sauce
- salt
- oil
- water

First, cut the mushrooms.
Then soak in water.
After that put a pot on the stove.
When the pot is hot, add oil and garlic cloves.
When the garlic cloves turn light brown in color, add ginger garlic paste to it. Then add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, salt and mix well.
After that add half a spoon of soy sauce and shake it well.
After that, the mushrooms soaked in water should be drained and put in the pot .
Shake well with half a glass of water. If you want, you can add a little yellow powder here for color, I have added a little.
When the water comes down a little, the broth thickens a little and the soupy mushroom oyster vegetable is ready.
