Parte 1. Salsa Bechamel

- 2 Cucharadas de mantequilla
- 1 Taza de leche liquida
- 1 Cucharada de maizena.
- 1 Chorrito de aceite.
- 1 Cucharadita de sal
- 1 pizca de pimienta.
- 1 Diente de ajo.

- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 pinch of pepper
- A pinch of pepper
- 3 bay leaves
- A drizzle of oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
Blend the tomato, the onion, the garlic and preserve. We put in a pot over low heat, the oil with the butter, add salt, bay leaf, and crushed garlic, when the garlic is golden brown we transfer the mixture that is in the blender to the pot and let it cook for about two hours over low heat, season with salt to taste.
Parte 3. Carne molida
- 250 grs de Carne molida.

- 1 Cucharadita de paprika
- 1 Chorrito de aceite
- 1 Cucharadita de sal

Parte 4. Pesto de Albahaca

The basil pesto is very easy, what we need is about 50 grams of basil, salt, pepper, a clove of garlic and olive oil if you have olive oil better. Parte 5. Armado del pasticho
Para el armado vamos a necesitar todo lo que se preparo en los pasos anteriores,y adicionalmente:
- 150grs Jamón
- 50 grs Queso parmesano
- 10 Hojas de pasticho
- 50 grs Queso Mozzarella
Part 5. Pasticho assembly

- 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 10 sheets of pasticho
- 50 grs Mozzarella cheese
The easiest thing is to assemble the pasticho, cook the pasticho leaves until they are soft, the amount of pasticho leaves that you will use will depend on the portions for which you are going to prepare the pasticho, I used 10 leaves since my pasticho is for 4 portions, we look for a deep mold that we can submit to high temperatures, first we place a layer of bechamel sauce, then we add a few spoonfuls of red sauce, a layer of pasticho leaves, cover the surface with ground meat, a layer of ham and parmesan cheese, and so we make another equal layer, at the end we place a layer of bechamel sauce, tomato paste, mozzarella cheese, and our characteristic ingredient the basil pesto.
Y listo nuestro rico pasticho, yo lo acompañe con un trozo de pan que tosté y le coloque por encima un poquito del pesto de albahaca.
