It's a beautiful Saturday, and I've decided to prepare two dishes for my family for lunch. (Fried Cabbage with Egg and Korean Spicy Chicken), however the "Korean Spicy Chicken" is the star of today's lunch.
I'm a huge fan of Korean movies, so I've seen every movie where the actor or actress is eating fried chicken. It's like their usual snack or food while drinking.
So, here's a step-by-step of how I made the dishes, along with a list of the ingredients I used. It may differ from others because my family and I do not consume a lot of spicy foods.
INGREDIENT
10X Chicken Wings (Cut into half)
FOR PREP
Garlic (Blend)
Black Pepper
Chicken Cube
Salt & Sugar
Mix the prep ingredients thoroughly with the chicken and let aside for an hour.
FOR FRYING
Oil ( Enough to fry)
COATING
Wheat Flour
Corn Flour
For the coating, combine the two flours, and after an hour, take out the prep chicken and coat it all with the flour.
Fried the chicken until it is well cooked and set aside. It's time to start making the spicy sauce.
FOR THE SAUCE
Garlic
Honey
Chilli Paste
Chilli Sauce/ Ketchup
Salt
Sugar
Sesame seed
(In a bowl, combine all of the above ingredients except the garlic)
If you're using a nonstick pan, you can make the sauce with only a small bit of oil. Fry the garlic till golden brown, then add the sauce mixture and stir until it is cooked.

Take the fried chicken and mix it all together in a frying pan. The final step is to sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly and thoroughly.
Walla! Here it is, and let me tell you, IT IS TO DIE FOR! My family, especially my sons, like it. The spicy and sweet flavours complement the fried chicken well.
That's all for today's lunch recipe. I might post another dish for people who enjoy cooking and eating. Perhaps I'll share a baking recipe. Give me some suggestions and tell me what you want me to do.
Have a wonderful weekend, everyone, and be safe at all times. Adios!
